Who was Jesus Christ?

Who Jesus is a question that has been asked for 2000 years ago. Many books were written about it, and everyone started explaining who Jesus is even now this question is very influential and people are still writing about who Jesus is. It introduces Jesus through religious, historical, psychological, cultural, and political ways. People have different answers about who he is. We will see from the Bible who Jesus really is. Jesus Christ is the central figure of Christianity and is believed by Christians to be the Son of God and the Messiah (or saviuor) prophesied in the Old Testament. "Christ" is the Greek translation of the Hebrew word "Messiah” and is used as a title for Jesus of Nazareth in Christian theology.

In Christianity, Jesus Christ is believed to be the Messiah, or savior, prophesied in the Old Testament. He is believed to be the Son of God, who came to Earth to redeem humanity from their sins. Jesus is believed to have been born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, performed miracles, and was crucified, dying for the sins of humanity. He is believed to have risen from the dead and ascended into heaven and is the central figure of Christianity.

Even though Jesus was God, he came among us as a man for our sake and died on the cross for us, and after being resurrected on the third day, he went to heaven after 40 days and will come again. No matter what people say about Jesus, the Bible clearly says that He is God and the Son of God and is seated at the right hand of God.

1. Who Create Jesus and where?

Before Jesus was born as a man on earth, he was in heaven (John 8:23). God created Jesus first. Then Jesus helped God create everything else. God only created Jesus himself. That is why it is appropriate to call him God's “only begotten son”. (John 1:14) Because Jesus served as God's spokesman, He is also called the "Word" of God. Proverbs 8:22, 23, 30; Colossians 1:15, 16.

2. Why did Jesus come to earth?

Jesus is believed to have come to Earth to redeem humanity from their sins and to bring salvation to mankind. This belief is rooted in Christian theology, which holds that humanity is inherently sinful and in need of salvation and that Jesus, as the Son of God, is the only one who can provide this salvation. The belief is that Jesus came to Earth to die on the cross as a sacrifice for the sins of humanity and that by accepting Jesus as their savior, individuals can have their sins forgiven and have eternal life in heaven. Additionally, Jesus’s teachings and message of love, compassion, and forgiveness also played an important role in his mission on earth. He taught people to love one another, forgive one another, and turn away from sin.

3. Why did Jesus die on the cross?

According to Christian belief, Jesus died on the cross as a sacrifice for the sins of humanity. This is known as the Atonement. The idea is that through his death and resurrection, Jesus made it possible for people to have a relationship with God and have their sins forgiven. This belief is central to Christianity and is celebrated during the holiday of Easter. Jesus was not a sinner like us, he was without fault. He never sinned, so He did not need to die for His sins. But he died for the sins of others. God showed great love for us by sending His Son to die for us. Jesus also showed his love for us by obeying his Father's commands and giving his life for our sins. John 3:16; Romans 5:18, 19.

4. What is Jesus doing now?

According to Christian belief, Jesus rose from the dead after his death on the cross and ascended into heaven. He is currently seated at the right hand of God the Father and is believed to be alive and active in the world today, interceding for believers and ruling over the kingdom of God. Christians believe that Jesus will return at the end of time to judge the living and the dead and establish a new heaven and earth. While on earth, Jesus healed the sick, raised the dead, and delivered the afflicted. Thus, He showed what He would do in the future for obedient people. (Matthew 15:30, 31; John 5:28) After Jesus' death, God resurrected him as an invisible person. (1 Peter 3:18) Then he sat at the right hand of God until Jehovah God gave Jesus the right to rule as king over the whole earth. (Hebrews 10:12, 13) Jesus is now ruling as King in heaven. His followers are proclaiming this gospel all over the world. Daniel 7:13, 14; Matthew 24:14. Soon Jesus will use his kingly power to end all suffering and the people who cause it. Faith in Jesus by obeying Him. All those who show that they have done it will get to live a happy life in heaven. Psalm 37:9-11.

Thank You so much
